All we need to know from you is where you want your water cooler(s) and how you'll pay. So, the process is simply completing the forms on-line and should only take a few minutes.

Typically you'll have your cooler installed within 2 weeks.

If you change your mind before we've installed your cooler(s), then all you need to do is put in writing to us that you'd like to cancel your order.

It's upto you really, if you make a committment to us that you'll keep the cooler for a minimum of 2 years then we'll waive the installation charge. If you'd prefer not to sign a contract then we need to cover our costs and charge for the installation up front.

There isn't a minimum rental period, but if you can make a commitment of 2 years to us then you won't have to pay the installation charge.

The rental price won't change but we'll waive the installation charge if you committ to 2 years with us.

All we need to install your cooler is a power socket and to connect to a mains water pipe. If it's not practical to locate your cooler near to a kitchen or toilet (where you're likley to have a water pipe) then it's usually a simple job for a plumber to get you water to where you need it.

We have a team of dedicated installers who will come to your site and get your cooler(s) installed ready for you to use.

Each cooler will take an hour to install and set-up. It will take longer if we need to get water and/or electricity to the location.

Water coolers are easy to use and service, particularly when you let us take care of everything for you. After installation, your installer will give you basic training on the water cooler itself.

It's more likely that you'll reduce carbon emissions by introducing a watercooler instead of using kettles and fridges around the office. Our models are energy efficient as we insulate the cold and hot tanks to a high standard.

It all really depends on whether they take their coffee break at the same time? Most of our coolers will dispense 6 cups of water hot enough for tea or coffee and then it will take around 15 minutes to recover, 3-4 coolers would probably give you enough capacity. If you wanted to have enough capacity for everybody taking a break at the same time you would need 17.

Hot water from our water coolers is the perfect temperature for tea or coffee and you don't have to wait for the kettle to boil.

It is possible to have different coloured panels on certain models and to apply stickers with Company logos.

What most of us dislike about tap water is the chlorine taste, our coolers filter the water to remove the chlorine giving the water a crisper taste. Chilling the water is the other factor that makes the experience refreshing.

Ebac Water Coolers are designed to be hygienic and all the water contact parts aren't easily touched when dispensing water.

Your water cooler will need to be sanitised every six months. This can be done by yourself (we'll send a sanitisation kit and instructions) or you can choose to let us sanitise it for you.

When you select a water cooler for rental, you'll be asked to select some rental options. One of these options is to either self sanitise or let us sanitise the cooler for you.

We can supply cups at an extra cost, but it's more likely that your staff will use their own mugs or glasses.

Simply order them on-line and we'll get them to you within 10 days.

You'll be billed on the 1st of each month. You'll receive your invoice in electronic format and you can also view your invoices in your online account

Yes, at any time you can login to your account online and edit your payment details.

Either give us a call or check out the fault finding page on-line.

If we can't fix the problem with you on-line or on the phone then we'll either arrange to have an engineer on site or get you a replacement cooler usually within 48 hours.
